With over 34 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve dedicated my career to not just treating patients but building meaningful, lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and ethical care. As a chiropractor, I’ve had the privilege of treating over 27,000 patients and managing a practice that grew into one of the top performers in my field, all while maintaining my commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
My practice wasn’t just about treating symptoms; it was about helping people create real, lasting change in their lives. My journey taught me how to create a successful business from nothing, and I’m here to help you reach that success faster.

When I retired, my wife surprised me with a book filled with letters she had invited my patients to write. Dr. Starnes' Legacy
In addition to his career, Dr. Starnes celebrates a marriage to the same wonderful woman for over 40 years, 5 children and 17 grandchildren. He is deeply involved in his community, church, lifelong learning, and making meaningful contributions to humanity. He also takes every opportunity to travel, scuba dive, and explore.
